A genuine and active focus on safety is at the core of TGM's attitude towards every project.
We have our own Director of Safety who works with and trains our teams ensuring that the safety of all personnel and equipment is top priority. Our commitment to safety comes first from our executive staff; every employee, from the Technical Directors, to Foremen, Project Coordinators, and Turbine Mechanics is focused on safety. In the field, our professional technical experts review safety precautions each day in anticipation of the day's scheduled tasks.
Our Safety Director is OSHA-trained and has thirty (30) plus years in the industrial and maintenance industry. He frequents every major outage and most minor outages on-site to ensure that we are in compliance with safety regulations. TGM is one of the few companies with a zero-tolerance drug policy and random drug testing to ensure a safe workplace.
With constant on-site safety audits, consistent involvement and training, and our zero-tolerance drug policy, TGM has set the standard of safety for other companies to follow.
