Turbine Mechanic
Our Turbine Mechanics make up the heart of the TGM Project Team. Many of our mechanics started with TGM, progressed up the ranks as they became more proficient, and advanced to Foreman and Technical Director status. If you have mechanical ability, leadership qualities, and personal drive, the opportunities for advancement are vast. TGM Turbine Mechanics are the most professional in the industry because they are valued employees.
Requisites:
The Turbine Mechanic must have natural mechanical abilities and enjoy working in a team environment on large rotating equipment.
Expectations:
Because our customers are located throughout the Americas, our mechanics must not mind traveling.TGM personnel work hard, and they enjoy what they do. It is imperative that the TGM Turbine Mechanic have pride in his work and a respect for others and the equipment he uses. Although he is not responsible for communicating with the customer, he is in the customer’s facility and is constantly observed. Our Turbine Mechanics dress and act professionally—we supply shirts, hardhats, and safety equipment—and they treat the customer’s facility with respect.
