Multi-Year Assessments
Know that your unit is covered for years with this pre-set, annualized maintenance program. This is a rotating 5-7 year plan with a pre-defined set of workscopes that detail scheduled maintenance. After assessing your unit, we break down the work tasks into manageable inspections and/or repairs to be done each year. Minor adjustments to the yearly schedule are made based on the running condition of your unit. In the final year of the program, the project culminates in a final Major Inspection.
Multi-year assessments are an important planning tool, assuring a thorough review of your unit between major inspections and saving you the hassle and cost of surprise repairs.
Running Surveillance Inspections
As a compliment to our multi-year assessments, or as a stand-alone service if something doesn't seem right with your machine, TGM will perform running surveillance inspections. TGM will travel to your site, evaluate your unit in operation, collect running and vibration data, and make associated operational recommendations. Our running surveillance inspections are designed to compliment and increase the effectiveness of your preventative maintenance programs and, where applicable, increase the time between shutdowns.
