TGM can significantly reduce the cost of future outages with our Outage Planning service. Outage Planning is offered separately from from other outage services and planning. It is a specific planning option available to you for purchase.
Our Outage Planning begins when one of our experienced TGM Technical Directors visits your site to walk-down and evaluate your unit and, from there, provides assessments and plans tailored to your unit.
Our Outage Planning Package includes:
- Unit walk-down / site visit
- Critical Path Method schedule analysis
- Parts assessment and breakdown
- Final report audit
- Individualized unit workscope

A very important part of Outage Planning is the spare parts assessment. The fact we are not a parts supplier is a benefit to you; we are not driven by the need to sell parts to keep on your shelf. Instead, we have a network of third party vendors with whom we partner to get the parts you need specifically for your outage. We can save you thousands with our thorough parts assessment.
