Reliability Programs
GRPs: 1, 2, and 3
Our Generator Reliability Programs (GRPs) allow you to schedule your generator testing and maintenance with your turbine maintenance or repair. With our GRPs, you can coordinate your generator and turbine inspection to minimize downtime.
TGM offers three programs designed to meet your individual site and unit needs:
GRP 1: to fit engine / turbine borescope (12 hours)
GRP 2: to fit valve inspection or auxiliary inspection (3-4 days)
GRP 3: to fit cylinder inspection or major inspection (7-10 days)
CBRP, MRP, and ETRP
TGM offers reliability testing and inspection that is coordinated with your turbine maintenance and repair for efficiency: our Circuit Breaker Reliability Program (CBRP), Electric Transformer Reliability Program (ETRP), and Motor Reliability Program (MRP).
